E3 and Epsilon CAM announce non-binding Clearwater supply MOU
E3 announced an MOU with Epsilon CAM, effective September 1, contemplating up to 5,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually for five years. It is non-binding; final volumes and terms require a definitive agreement. The commercial Clearwater project remains under development.
