Smackover Lithium announces binding LG Energy Solution offtake
Standard Lithium reports a binding take-or-pay agreement for 8,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually for ten years after South West Arkansas starts commercial production. The Equinor partnership targets an investment decision in 2026 and first production in 2029. Deliveries under this agreement have not started.
